Returns & Exchanges
Full Price Returns / Exchanges:
If you wish to return or exchange a full-priced item, you may do so for up to 30 days from delivery for an exchange or store credit.
If you wish to receive a refund for a full-priced item, you may do so for up to 7 days from delivery.
All returned/ exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and in perfect condition. Please ensure hygiene stickers and tags are in place and return items in their original packaging. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
Please give up to 7 business days for the funds to appear back in your bank account. Shipping for refunds is payable by the customer.
Sale Returns/ Exchanges:
All sale items are ineligible for a full refund.
International Returns
For international returns & exchanges, please email the following info to our customer care team at customercare@kavalacollective.com:
1. Order #
2. Full Name
3. Items you would like to return/exchange
4. If you would like to return, exchange or receive store credit
Return Defective Product
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If in the unlikely event there is a defective product or quality concerns beyond your control, please email us at hello@kavalacollective.com with a picture of the defect. A return label will be provided. After 30 days, the product is nonrefundable.
Return Label Costs
We do not cover shipping label costs for return orders unless the item is damaged or there is an error on our end.
We do cover shipping label cost for in-store credit returns and exchanges.
