RETURN POLICY
- All returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and in perfect condition. Please ensure hygiene stickers and tags are in place and return items in their original packaging.
SALE ITEMS
- Promotional sale items discounted less than 30% are eligible for return for exchange or store credit only. Items discounted 30% or more are final sale and are ineligible for return.
EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDIT
All full-priced items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery for exchange or store credit via our returns portal here.
Full-priced returns for exchange or store credit include a complimentary return shipping label.
If you choose store credit, you’ll also receive an additional 20% bonus value to use on your next purchase.
REFUNDS
All full-priced items are eligible for return for refund within 14 days of delivery. Please note, there will be a fee of $10 for the return label.
RETURNS FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If in the unlikely event there is a defective product or quality concerns beyond your control, please email us at hello@kavalacollective.com with a picture of the defect and we will work to resolve this asap!
