RETURN POLICY
- All returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and in perfect condition. Please ensure hygiene stickers and tags are in place and return items in their original packaging.
SALE ITEMS
- Promotional sale items discounted less than 30% are eligible for return for exchange or store credit only.ย Items discounted 30% or more are final sale and are ineligible for return.
EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDIT
All full priced items are eligible for return for exchange and store credit within 30 days of delivery, via our returns portalย here.
All full priced returns for exchange or store credit will receive aย free returns label.
REFUNDS
All full priced items are eligible for return for refund within 14 days of delivery. Please note, there will be a fee of $10 for the return label.
RETURNS FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If in the unlikely event there is a defective product or quality concerns beyond your control, please email us at hello@kavalacollective.com with a picture of the defect and we will work to resolve this asap!
