Returns & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Policy 

If you are unhappy with your unopened and unused products and wish to return or exchange them, you can do so for up to 30 days from delivery for a full refund or exchange. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Kavala is not responsible for covering these shipping costs. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and still in perfect condition.

U.S. Domestic Returns

We try to make processing returns as easy as we can for our customers. As long as your order is within the policy guidelines, you can generate a return label through our Return Portal below. All you need is your order number!

To issue a U.S. Domestic return please visit the Return Portal by clicking HERE.

International Returns 

At this time, our Return Portal is only for U.S. domestic returns. For international returns, please follow the steps listed below: 

1. Make sure all of the items you want to exchange/return are undamaged, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received  (i.e. no makeup/deodorant stains)

2. Insert a note (handwritten is fine) with your:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Order Number
  • Choose: Return/Exchange
  • Items you are returning/exchanging for (name, color, size)
  • If you are exchanging, what sizes you would like to exchange for
  • Ship the package to address below:

3. Email us your tracking number to returns@kavalacollective.com

4. Once we receive & process your return we will refund/ship out your exchanged items and you will get a notification that the return has been processed. 

Return Defective Product

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If in the unlikely event there is a defective product or quality concerns beyond your control, please email us at returns@kavalacollective.com with a picture of the defect. A return label will be provided. After 30 days, the product is nonrefundable.

Received Wrong Order

If you happen to receive a product you did not order, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Through the Return Portal on our website, we provide a pre-paid return shipping label that allows the customer to send back the mis-picked item. On the portal, please select the "Exchange" option when sending back an incorrect order. Once we have received that item back, we will send out your corrected order. Our Return Portal can be found by clicking HERE.

Return Label Costs

We do not cover shipping label costs for return orders unless the item is damaged or there is an error on our end.

We do cover shipping label cost for in-store credit returns and exchanges. 

Return Unable to Process 

If our returns portal isn't processing your return correctly or you are receiving an error, please reach out to our customer support team by emailing returns@kavalacollective.com -  Customer support will take care of you from there!
